The first and probably the most important is to consider the plight of the searcher. If you want to create ads that are likely to be click on by targeted customers you must be able to put yourself into their shoes. Why are they searching for this particular keyword phrase? What problem do they have? How are you able to solve this problem for them? If you can figure out the answers to these three questions and convey that answer through your add you will do just fine with PPC.
