Why You Should Do Plyometric Drills

The key to higher jumps is performing some plyometric drills. But, don’t get too excited and rush in to the exercise. There are a few reminders that you should know.

If you’re doing this for the first time, you should know that plyos is not easy. It can be very tiring for the inexperienced athletes. Start off slowly but surely. Pacing is the key as you would not want to do more that what your body can handle.

Also, if you suddenly feel pain in any part of your body during the drills, you should stop immediately. I have already told you that this can be very hard for beginners. Don’t push yourself too hard. There is always tomorrow.
