		<description>I do agree with the other person that you should spend $500 if that fits your budget and you are sure you&#039;ll stick with it. If you don&#039;t want to spend that much the Fender Squire Standard Stratocaster is an awesome guitar, at least the one I played was. If you can spend $500 there are many good guitars in that price range, and some crappy ones, but for my money a Mexican Fender is the best deal going. The HSS Mexican Strat is pretty cool also since you get one humbucker and 2 single coil pickups where the standard has 3 single coils

If you want a hollow /semi hollow body, check out the epiphone sheraton and the epiphone dot.
