   Didn’t grow on? Turntablism, 90’s Golden era hiphop, abstract hiphop, jungle, miami bass, grime, dub-step, garage, trip-hop, nuskool breaks, b-boying explosion of the 2000s, not to mention the hundreds homegrownof varieties coming out every corner of the globe. Ok the movement has slowed down in recent years, but up until 4 or 5 years ago the hiphop scene was still thriving. My point is Henry comes from a groundbreaking movement it seems he’s too quick to write off others.

    Henry does really good job of tarring all DJs with the same brush here.
    Take it back to Bronx where kids on the streets were making music any way they knew how. Hiphop, the biggest cultural art form of the modern era (street art, rap, dance, DJ) was born out of DJing. Punk died in the 80s while hiphop grew on. Rave is a different kettle of fish but you diss the concept of DJing you diss the hiphop revolution and I’m sure Henry isn’t that stupid. Just poor control with his words.
