How do i achieve the goal of a singer ive always wanted to throughout my life?

i am 13 and i love singing, i always wanted to be a singer like ne-yo, chris brown, usher and others. i have written many songs and i think i can sing very well too. i am planning to meet with a record company that will lead me to my dreams. ineed to find out how i can contact them? Please if you have any ideas please let me know and help me.Thank you very much.

post something on you tube, but just find where they are in your areas, and approach them with a demo…
