The Voice Box packs a multi-functional vocal synth processor into a tough and compact chassis. Sing, and you’ll have a troupe of backup singers following you in perfect harmony. Or use the built-in vocoder to unleash classic synth-robot sounds.
Diana Ross had the Supremes, Brian Wilson had the Beach Boys, Kraftwerk had The Robots. You have the Voice Box.
The harmony processor creates 2- to 4-part harmonies directly from your vocals, in the same key as your accompanying instrument. Studio-quality reverb lets you independently add depth to your dry and harmony vocals.
The focused 256-band articulate vocoder, designed by the same EMS genius who made vocoding famous, features adjustable harmonic enhancement and controllable formant shift.
Plug in your mic and your instrument, and let your new voice — or voices — be heard!
* Harmonically matches any electric instrument you plug into it
* Professional quality pitch shifting algorithm produces realistic harmonies
* The Low & High Harmony independently produces two harmony notes: 3rd and 5th
* 9 accessible programmable presets
* Natural Glissando
* Gender Bender knob allows for male/female formant modification
* Built-In Mic Pre with Phantom Power & Gain Switch
* Balanced XLR Line Output: Interface directly with any mixing board or A/D converter
* US96DC-200BI power supply included

Vocalist Live 2, by Digitech at www.elreflejo.cl
Featured in www.elreflejo.cl
World’s first processors that automatically generate live multi-part vocal harmony by analyzing guitar chord progressions.
Accurate vocal harmonies even with complicated songs…because
only Vocalist Live tracks guitar chords, not your voice.
A surprising number of songs “fool” other harmonizers because these songs just don’t work with a single key/scale setting. In fact, any song that has the same note sung over two different chords (for example, a C sung in the melody over a C maj / F maj chord sequence) is going to confound conventional harmonizers.
Vocalist Live uses breakthrough musIQ™ technology to directly analyze the output of any electric or pre-amplified acoustic guitar (no special MIDI guitars or hex-outputs needed). Then it generates the correct vocal harmony. For example, if you’re singing an A over the chords that are generally found in the key of G, Vocalist will harmonize with a C. But, if you then play an A major, Vocalist will shift to the C#…because like any good harmony singer, it listens to the guitar!
With musIQ, forget about the technology — just sing and play!
Skip complicated programming and having to analyze each song
chord-by-chord; just…
1. Plug in your microphone and guitar;
2. Pick a 3rd or 5th-above or below harmony preset;
3. Sing and play — when you want harmony, just step on the footswitch!
Patent-pending musIQ™ technology combines new Note Detection algorithms with state-of-the-art Harmony Generation. The Note Detection section analyzes complex guitar waveforms and determines which notes in each chord are critical to accurate harmony. This information is then fed to an advanced harmony engine that creates harmonies consistent with both the singer’s melody and the underlying guitar accompaniment.
This totally new, musically-intelligent hybrid of traditional chordal and scalic harmony modes means that Vocalist Live musIQ harmonies stay true to not only the overall key and song scale, but also localized variations due to chords that aren’t part of the global key. You’ve never heard anything like it!

Amazing Child Singers – video four
This is the fourth of several videos I’m making with clips, sounds and pictures of some of my favourite young singers. The clips in this one are:
1. Danielle White – Colours of The Wind (age 11).
Danielle sang this when she was a finalist on American Juniors. She sang it beautifully with such feeling and calmness it makes me smile. No wonder she made it into the final group.
2. Jackson 5 – Who’s Loving You (Michael age 11).
Wow. I’m telling you: wow, wow, wow. It’s Michael Jackson. Need I say more? This is the most talented child star there’s ever been and ever will be. They sang this at the Ed Sullivan Show.
3. Billy Gilman – Oklahoma (age 12).
Billy was 12 years old when he sang this song and made this music video. His voice has such pureness and it’s so beautiful. I love him singing this song, it makes me both cry and smile because he’s got such a nice voice and the song is beautiful.
4. Jamia Simone Nash – A Tisket A Tasket (age 7).
She was only 7 years old when she was on the Nickelodeon show “Romeo!” and sang this, but wow, can that little girl sing! She’s really impressive, both as a singer and an actress.
5. Declan Galbraith – I’ll Be There & Angels (age 10).
“I’ll Be There” is from rehearsal and “Angels” is from the performance when he was performing at the huge 2002 Young Voices concert. I don’t know what else to say except: Aahh! This kid is simply amazing!
6. Danielle White – Good Morning Starshine (age 11).
This is also from when she was a finalist on American Juniors. She certainly didn’t have the most powerful voice of the contestants, but she had great control and sang every song beautifully.
7. Michael Jackson – Ben (age 16).
I just thought I’d use a video where he was still a kid, but a bit older. His voice was not as high anymore, but still as amazing as before. Again: It’s Michael Jackson!
8. Billy Gilman – One Voice (age 12).
Oh, I love this music video. It’s not his most powerful song, but he’s really great with it and his voice is beautiful.
9. Jamia Simone Nash – Who’s Loving You (age 6).
Okay, so she’s no Michael Jackson, but how amazing is this for a 6-year-old! She really is a true star! Jamia is a great singer and she’s really cute too!
10. Declan Galbraith – Carrickfergus (age 10).
The first clip is from rehearsal and the other one is from the performance, also from the 2002 Young Voices concert. Declan to me is like Michael Jackson. What is there to say? It’s Declan, he’s amazing! AMAZING!
P.S. My next “Amazing Child Singers” video will be about:
Jessica Sanchez
Declan Galbraith
Charice Pempengco
Michael Jackson
Make sure you check it out!
And if this is the first one of my “Amazing Child Singers” videos you watch, then please make sure you watch and comment the earlier ones!
I DO NOT OWN THE CLIPS IN THIS VIDEO!
THIS IS PURELY FAN MADE AND FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!

Remove Vocals from Mp3s using audacity (Win/Mac/Linux) Free
More Video Tutorials Here
http://youtube.jimmyr.com/videotutorials.php
Download Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
To save as mp3 you need to have lame mp3 encoder installed
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3
This works with stereo tracks that have the vocals centered, when inverting a track, the waveforms cancel but it may grab more than vocals in some cases. Below are more alternatives.
Save to one track at the end. Reduce the audio volume with amplify to make the softest parts disappear then increase it again. This will remove the vocals completely so quit whining about the “reduction”.
