    I could never understand the whole “Metal / Gothic / Rock Female vocalist” genre thing. It seems like nowadays any rock/metal band with a female vocalist is considered “goth” when it isn’t.

    I’m a big fan of goth music, but whatever happened to Siouxsie and the Banshees or 45 Grave? I guess it just sickens me , when people use the term goth to describe metal bands just because they have a female vocalist. Plus the use of two completely different music genres to describe a sound is contradictory
