Steve Perry! I go vocally insane when I hear a Journey song on the radio, they are too fun to sing along to.
EDIT: Add Paul Rodgers to that list too, whenever I hear Feel Like Making Love on the radio, I turn it up as loud as it goes and, in essence, scream along. References :
Jim Morrison… or maybe Janis Joplin.
They are both incredibly fun to sing along with. They made some pretty interesting noises and always sang with such emotion. References :
Black Francis might be my favorite to sing along to. You can get some melodic surf pop, and some great screaming at times as well. Can really get the frustration out.
runners up:
John Darnielle is a lot of fun to sing along with – some really great, evocative lyrics.
Thurston Moore
Kim Deal
Kim Gordon
Thom Yorke is one of my favorites too
Anybody who has a pretty deep voice, because anything even a BIT high makes it impossible for me to sing along to! I have a pretty deep voice for a girl References :

Lol, I sing along with -every- song I know. …But I have the most fun with Elton John and Freddie Mercury.
…Yeah. I aim high.
And fail miserably–but I enjoy doing it!

I love his voice and the songs are amazing, I like their older songs better, but the newer stuff fit my voice better.

I love to sing along with Freddie Mercury, even though I sound like a cat screeching in an alley compared to him.
Bon Scott is fun too. I just scream really loud with the windows down lol.
