Possible way to remove vocals from mp3s to get the instrumentals?

I was looking for a program to remove vocals from instrumentals, and found some, but they either did not work very well or were too difficult to figure out (Google is a mess).
I was wondering if a program that recognizes what sound is being repeated and played most frequently and isolates it would be feasible. Does this exist?
Are there any programs that are effective in removing vocals, and only vocals? I am trying to extract vocals from underground rap tracks, so bass and drums are important.
Thank you.

Sadly you can’t. The closest you can get is trying to clear the vocal frequency from the tracks but by doing so, you will also clear frequencies of the instrumental part, thus leaving you with a ¨hole¨ in the track. You can’t do this even if you are using a professional program…
